I have been thinking about buying a new printer.

At first I thought I was gonna settle with an inkjet printer, something that costs around RM100 or maybe less.

Then during the UKM ICT fair, I planned to go survey for a printer and buy it on the second last or last day.

So I was browsing thru, and then I see all this canggih canggih printers that says all-in-one. Macam Nescafe. Scanner, copier and printer, all-in-one.

I came across 3 brand names. Epson, Hewlett-Packard, and Canon.

Epson I have not really heard much about it, but my brother recently bought an Epson all-in-one printer too, and he says it's good.

This is the model that I was eyeing, Epson Stylus CX2900, which costs RM248.

Canon is a brand that everyone knows, and I especially like the cameras by Canon, and also Nikon. A lot of my friends have Canon, and I had a very urge to buy Canon, because it is cheaper than HP and Epson, and the same goes for the ink.

The HP model that I saw on display looked almost like the Epson one, and it was going at RM270 at first. Then on the second last day it dropped to RM265.

I'd really wanted to go for Canon for the reasons stated, but it seems to me that if I bought Canon I might have to send it for repairs sooner than I thought. So, I went ahead for HP. Hehehe... This is how it looks like on my desk now...
